Sensitive to chemical cleaner scents? We have a variety of green (or mainstream scent free products) that we can tailor to your situational requirements. We usually use brand name green products, and in the event that vinegar is used for a specific cleaning situation, we dilute it such that there will be no detection of it and room will only smell fresh and clean.

Our wood polisher does have an almond extract, thus if that is of concern, please let us know. Natural is great the majority of the time, but for others who have specific requirements, we can customize product list.

Skin Sensitivities?  The majority of the products we use are Aluminum-Free, Alcohol-Free, Sulfate-Free, Ammonia-Free, Paraben Free, Formaldehyde Free

But do they work? The green cleaning lines of Method Home and Clorox’s Green Works have been proven winners. We bring our products with us, however If you have a specific scent you prefer, we can use client provided products.

What about waste… do you use paper towels? Instead of using paper towels, we use new microfibre cloths per household/premises wherever hygienically possible, such that not only is there not the environmental waste of paper towels, in addition microfiber is also gentler on furniture and other surfaces.

Special situations:

Is there an Elderly loved one with dementia or other certain criteria? We can be sensitive to your family’s situations if they are in the space at the time of cleaning such that our friendly cleaners can understand the various scenarios, discretion and criteria.

Steps Taken to Avoid Cross Contamination:

The following steps are always taken by our team to ensure that cross contamination is avoided when cleaning home to home:

• We try our very best (if given permission by client) to use each client’s own mops and brooms; in the case that homeowners do not have their own, we disinfect all supplies before cleaning the next home or office space.
• We always use new microfiber cloths for each client’s space and clean our cloths at the end of each day with bleach and high-temperature drying to ensure that they are disinfected and clean for use the following cleaning.
• If possible, we keep dedicated supplies for our regular/on-going client’s that would stay in their home (i.e. sponges, gloves, etc.) to prevent home-to-home contamination.
• Since the COVID-19 pandemic has started, all of our staff wear masks throughout each cleaning and new gloves for each home.
