What cleaning services are included in the package and what is the cost?

What cleaning products and equipment will be used?

    • We have a robust list of cleaning products we use, many of them green already, but we can do fully green products or our usual mix, or we can use yours if you have a particular brand you prefer!
    • The same goes with equipment, we can generally bring our own mops, sponges, brushes brooms and the like (outside of vacuum cleaners, or central vac, at least one of those should be onsite wherever possible) or use yours. We disinfect between clients.

Are there any guarantees or warranties for the cleaning service?

    • Yes, just let us know right away before our cleaners leave if there is a touch up to be made… it’s more seamless for everyone than saying it’s OK and then finding out later that we could have made it right. However, Fernando on our team is great at solving any situation that comes to his attention.

What is the frequency of cleaning visits?

    • Ultimately, you set the dial for the cleaning frequency of your home… we do have some recommendations based on our experience for you to get the best value out of the cleaning schedule: bi-weekly or more frequently is optimal for the most efficient cleaning. If it time ticks by longer, we are happy to help, but it will generally take more time.

How flexible is the cleaning service if there are changes to the cleaning schedule?

    • If something comes up, let us know at the earliest convenience and we will be happy to adjust our schedule with appropriate notice.
    • If the client wants to change the frequency of the schedule, either more times per month or less we can try different intervals until we reach a cadence that works best.
    • There are no contracts, thus the client is not locked into anything.

Can the cleaning service accommodate specific requests or cleaning needs?

    • Absolutely! If there are certain things to be attended to, special needs or seniors for example, just let us know. Our spaces and lives are all very unique and it only makes sense that the client’s cleaning requirements would reflect that as well.
